Acknowledgement of Artist Notification *

I understand that artists will only be able to purchase an exhibitor booth upon acceptance to Art in the Park. Booth rates for Art in the Park are as follows: $150 (10x10), $200 (10x15), $250 (10x20). Notifications of acceptance into Art in the Park will be sent via email to the address listed on this application. I will accept the invitation and purchase my booth by the specified date. If I do not respond in time, I understand that my booth may be reassigned to waitlisted artists.
