This unique New Year’s Eve event will fill the heart of Plant City with local pride and community spirit. As midnight approaches on December 31st, watch a giant, glowing strawberry descend from a crane, lighting up the night and welcoming in 2026 with a sweet twist!
Gather your friends and family for a night of festive activities, live music, and delicious local eats. Our FREE Kid’s Zone is packed with inflatables and games with prizes—perfect for making memories that last a lifetime. Admission is free, so bring everyone out for a fun, family-friendly night!

How do I register as a vendor?
Simply choose the category below that best fits you to complete registration and submit payment.
Complete the registration form and submit the vendor fee.
I registered, now what?
Once you have submitted your application and paid your fee you are in! There is no waiting for approval. We will accept registrations first come first serve until we reach capacity for each event. Refunds will be issued as necessary for space limitations and the balance of the overall offerings of the market.
Preparing for Event Day
Participants who have submitted their application and fees will receive communication of day of event details for setup and tear down along with your assigned space number, and a venue map via email on the Wednesday evening prior to event day. It will be required to confirm receipt of this email and understanding of the important information presented. Participants are encouraged to monitor emails and check their spam folders so they do not miss these details.

Food Trucks
We're gearing up for the 2nd Annual Strawberry Drop in Historic Plant City and we're looking for delicious food trucks to be a part of the celebration!
This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your tasty offerings at a fantastic community event. Priority will be given to local food trucks, so if you're from the Plant City area, we want to hear from you! The vendor fee is $400, and all trucks must have the required food service licensing and insurance.
