Get ready to grill, serve, and celebrate at Historic Plant City Main Street’s Bratwurst Competition, happening during the 4th Annual Oktoberfest on Saturday, September 27th, 2025!
And here’s the real Oktoberfest bonus — each competitor may sell their bratwurst to festivalgoers throughout the event and keep 100% of the profits. That’s right — you can bank some big bucks for yourself, your business, or your organization while competing for the crown. It’s a perfect blend of friendly competition, community spirit, and Bavarian-style success.
In the heart of our most festive fall event, competitors will go head-to-head for the ultimate Oktoberfest honor — the title of Wurstmeister. Whether you're a food truck, local business, nonprofit, family, or group of grilling enthusiasts, this is your chance to show off your skills and join the fun.
Entry Fees:
$300 per individual or team
$400 for food trucks
Limited to 10 total participants
Bratwurst Competition Guidelines:
All bratwursts must be grilled on-site
Toppings and non-alcoholic beverages may be included
No glass containers permitted
Set-up by 3:00 PM
Judging begins at 5:00 PM
Winner announced at 9pm
